We have been planning a sailing trip south to the Bahamas for approximately the last 12 years. Our plan was to build a sailboat and take it south. We found a Roberts 34 steel hull on the internet in February of 2002 and had it delivered to our home. The next 9 years were spent in converting the bare hull into our sailboat Time 2 Go In 2011 Time 2 Go was launched and we spent the next year tweaking and preparing it to make the trip south. This Blog is a record of our voyage south.

Lock 17 is the largest step 40 feet. The east gate raises up and we went under it, very wet.
